Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non‑returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Used or damaged items

Return Process:

  1. Email us at contact@kreativeshaft.com with your order number.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items only.
